Uptown Girl
Bowtique
Baby Goods / Kids Goods
¡Hola! My name is Danielle and I am the owner and designer behind Uptown Girl Bowtique. I have two toddler girls, Scarlett and Ruby, and they're the reason I am making accessories today. I enjoy seeing my girls wear my creations and when people started stopping me in the street to ask me where I got their hair bows and headbands, I decided to offer my handmade creations for others to enjoy as well.
I developed a passion for fashion at the ripe age of two, the age of my oldest daughter! My first "real world" experience in this field was at EXPRESS, where I worked for three years and quickly became the store fashion expert. Now, at Uptown Girl Bowtique, my goal is to design high-quality accessories that will make your little darlings look even more adorable. My handmade pieces are inspired by the glitz and glamour that I loved as a child and continue to appreciate today.

Mariah Trevino, age 10, 5th grade at Frank Wright School in El Monte California, had an idea to donate gifts for the less fortunate children.
Three years ago, she saw Garth Kemp from ABC7 on television
(In the Elf suit)
and decided to help with the
Stuff a Bus project.
(click on the underlined 'Garth Kemp' and 'Stuff a Bus' to lean more about them!)
In 2012, she collected 5 gifts. In 2013, 15 to 20 gifts. And this year, she had a goal of 150 gifts and actually turned in 120. Next year, her goal is to get donations of
300 gifts!
Each year, she had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Kemp. But this year, she actually went on television and was interviewed by Garth Kemp, which absolutely thrilled her.
This is one of many ways that Mariah loves to help out!

CONGRATULATIONS, MARIAH
FOR A GREAT JOB!
We are all very proud of you!
